Needed to get away for a couple days and it was perfect. Not far from everything needed, pretty much left my truck and walked everywhere. Front desk staff amazing and kind, very welcoming.
The room was so nice fully stocked with towels and wash cloths I loved that it was so many outlets it was quiet there were so many stores nearby you didn’t have to drive far the bed was so damn soft and comfortable the staff and front desk were very friendly and nice I am definitely staying here again
We stayed here overnight. The rooms were very nice. We reserved a handicapped room but we got a regular room. The hotel was very accommodating and switched the room right away. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a nice time. There was a night security guard. He was very attentive. My pass was turned over and when I came back later in the evening he immediately asked to see it. This made me feel very safe. We were here to see Adam Sandler, and if I came back to see another show, this would be my first thought on where to stay.
My bed was fantastic! Sink vanity area is beautiful! Bed just as posted. Perfect location for me to go the the aquarium and ship terminal. Security at night and huge flood lights. Appreciate that. Receptionist was nice.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, and check in and out was very quick and easy. Only one problem was the ironing board was broken.
The service was outstanding. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and helped my husband book a room the cheapest and quickest way. The location is not the best but if you are staying in your room for the majority of your stay it is fine for a short stay. The room was clean and simple.
It was a weekend stay. Rooms very new, spacious and clean. Coffee and juices and snacks available in the AM. I recommend.
Stayed for one night and it was fine. The room was mostly clean but despite the “no smoking” signs, it smelled heavily of marijuana. I had to go out and buy a room deodorizer. Some reviews said it was loud at night though it wasn’t too bad for me - but my room was also on the back of the hotel so that likely made a difference. Only sound issues I had were getting woken up by someone else showering in the room next to me early in the morning so they definitely could use a little sound proofing but it wasn’t bad. Based on this experience and the price, I would stay again.
